Our students at the heart of the fortnight of gastronomy
Three of our students had the opportunity to live an original practical experience through the organization of the gastronomic fortnight. A flagship event of the Vatel restaurant, which honoured the Bordeaux region for this new edition.
On November 8th, eleven participants were in the running for the BUCHERER Trophy for the "Best Receptionist" of Switzerland. A demanding competition in which Camille Chauvy and Nicolas Astié, two of our Vateliens participated.

The 26th Eurhodip conference targets International Exchanges
The 26th Eurhodip conference took place in Istanbul from October 16 though 20th, with the theme “Together, let’s build bridges.” Roughly a hundred participants from 25 countries and 35 schools attended this event.
