The Rallye du Valais, the Forum des 100, the Jardin des Vins or the Festival de Grimentz rely every year on the skills and services of our students. More than just a practical course, these events are an opportunity for our students to take their first steps in the very demanding world of events.
Recently, it was La Nuit des Neiges, a charity gala, that entrusted Vatel Switzerland with engaging its students. Our students had the chance to experience this prestigious evening from the inside by finding themselves, for one evening, immersed in the universe of a great event.
"An evening like this one allows us to discover the organisation of an event for more than 100 people, from the aperitif to the dessert and a particular method of serving the dishes. We also had the chance to work with a great chef, Irma Dütsch, and to learn about the demands of gastronomic service," says Sophie Lang, a second-year student.
