After a real wine harvest experience last October, our students are now looking forward to the second part of the wine creation. Indeed, after picking the grapes in the magnificent Saint-Léonard vineyard, our students had the chance last week to visit and taste the wines from the cellar of the Bétrisey Brothers.
During this day, the students also had the opportunity to express their artistic side by proposing each in turn their version of the label for the bottle. A wonderful way to make them participate 100% in the creation of these next two vintages.
The next steps will of course be the vinification and bottling of the wines: a Petite Arvine has been selected for the white wine and a Cornalin for the red wine.
