The week’s program included an exhibition on "The Art of Tea", conferences, workshop tastings (including: Wine, Chocolate & Honey, Cheese, Caviar, Olive Oil, Tea) and a Master class combining tea, wine and culinary art.
3 Culinary Artists at the top of their expertise participating in this Master Class included:
- Master Tseng from "Maison des Trois Thé" in Paris and considered to have one of the best senses of smell in the world
- Franck Giovannini, head of the "Hotel de Ville de Crissier", elected "Cook of the Year 2018" by the Gault Millau in the 3 star Michelin Guide
- Dominique Fornage, renowned character of the wine world and creator of the Nobilis School
During this unique dining experience, the students had the chance to get to know each one of these individuals whilst ensuring exceptional service at each table. What a magical experience!
The students also had the opportunity to participate in a world premiere of being trained in the use of the "Aroma teapot". A tea service developed by Master Tseng and intended to revolutionize the tea service in the next years to come within the hospitality industry.
