With the gastronomic fortnight event, Hôtel Vatel's restaurant highlights the regions and countries where the group's 50 schools are located. An event created and managed by the students that allows them to deepen their knowledge, as Justine Aubin, a second year Bachelor student, explains:
"Organizing the gastronomic fortnight allowed us to discover the sector of events. From the creation of the menu, to the search for partners, to the promotion or even the decoration of the restaurant, we were able to experience each step of the project.
We have a very positive and enriching experience that complements our knowledge acquired in class and during our practical weeks."
