30 YEARS OF HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE

1981 Opening of the first school: Vatel Paris

1984 Inauguration of the second school: Vatel Lyon

1985 Start of higher education courses in hotel management

1988 Creation of Eurhodip, Association of 75 hotel schools throughout Europe

1989 Opening of the third school: Vatel Nimes

1994 Opening of the fourth school: Vatel Bordeaux.
Vatel Lyon's 10th Anniversary under the Presidency of Mr Bernard Bosson, France's Minister of Equipment and Tourism.
First Eurhodip Conference took place at Vatel Nimes.

1996 Creation of international programs taught in English Admission of international students

1998 Opening of the first liaison office in Shanghai (China)
10th Anniversary of Eurhodip at Vatel Lyon

1999 Opening of liaison offices in Sao Paulo (Brazil) and in New Delhi (India)

2000 Opening of a liaison office in Moscow (Russia)

2001 Vatel's 20th Anniversary

2002 Opening of four schools abroad: Vatel Bangkok, Vatel Mexico, Vatel New Delhi, Vatel Tunis
